ANOTHER NU FUNKY MIMAS – A SMOOTH, DYNAMIC AND RELAXED SINGLE THAT MAKES ME THINK OF SUNSETS
With no great inspiration as for the name of this release, I decided to call it what it is: Another Nu Funky Mimas project that includes a smooth beat and a conversation between several funky instruments such as synth bases, electric guitar, synths, horns, and e-pianos.
This single gives me chills and the vibes of a great looking sunset. I can associate the songs’ slow pace and depth with the sun’s impressively slow descending movement and by it’s reflected colours.
This is my 2018 first release, and I wanted it to be special. I joined forces with good fellas from Spain who drove the track up the hill.
I have been working on this project since late 2017 but the actual concept stared somewhere in 2015 or so. All the work was developed in Aalborg while last polishes were done in San Sebastian.

GRENEN – MIMAS SECOND EP SHOWCASES 7 NEW TRACKS COMPOSING A STORY ABOUT A CITY
Grenen is considered the northernmost land area of Denmark.
Grenen marks also the junction between both the North and the Baltic seas. You can clearly see the seas’ colors difference and their separation from a bird-view.
I believe Grenen can be used as a perfect analogy to what I feel towards my connection to music at this moment.
The Grenen extended play is my second official work being released featuring 4 songs, and 3 liaison-grooves. It mostly highlights simple hip-hop and breaks drumming, groovy baselines and some funky melodic action.
It was produced from late 2015 to late 2016 and was arranged and developed in 2017. Some of the work was produced at Platform4, most done at my place. Once again, all work is available under a friendly Creative Commons license.

MMPS – AN INITIAL EXTENDED PLAY PROJECT FEATURING THREE COLLABORATIONS WITH LOCAL RAPPERS AND GOOD FRIENDS
This project was developed trough 2014 and 2016 and includes several people. Apart from me, Manuca, Sven, Patrick and Marc have their finger on these tracks, that vary from hard bass breaks to a more smooth hip-hop.
All the work was produced in Platform 4 studio with under some guidance of the great sound engineer Andreas. The tracks’ artwork was created by Robert Q, and all the material drive from a Creative Commons license for a fair reuse.
